Purpose

This notice is meant to inform you, under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law, No. 6698), about the purposes for which the personal data collected during our contact and the therapy process is processed.

Data We Process and Why

The name, email, and phone details you share through the contact form and messages are processed only to get back to you and to handle the appointment process. Any health information you share as part of therapy is treated as special-category personal data; it is processed on a confidential basis, solely to carry out the service, and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Cross-Border Transfer

Because the service is conducted in part from South Korea and because of the video and communication tools used, your data may be processed or become accessible outside of Türkiye. The infrastructure providers used in the contact form (for example, email delivery and security verification services) may be located abroad. This is noted for informational purposes under Article 9 of KVKK.

Your Rights
